The “My Preferred CIMB” project is a digital platform developed by JIB Soft for CIMB Bank, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and personalizing the banking experience. This platform is designed to offer CIMB’s clients a range of tailored financial solutions, special offers, and exclusive services based on their individual banking needs and preferences. The application leverages data analytics to provide relevant product recommendations, ensuring a customer-centric banking experience.
